What am I doing currently?

I am currently working on enabling seamless consumption of different data sources via LLM-based conversational agents. For instance benefiting from vector stores and knowledge graphs for question answering at the same time without losing their strong points in terms of data representation. I am also involved in research and development activities regarding self-improving conversational agents and agentic customer process management. Some of the work I have been doing is part of publicly funded projects like PERKS.

I am also involved in Knowledge Graph Lifecycle Management for German Tourism Knowledge Graph and ISO standardization activities for a semantic data model for tourism.

Additionally, I am doing some external teaching about knowledge graphs at IMC Krems.
